HydroIQ conducted a survey targeting 1000 respondents in Nairobi, Kenya and its neighborhoods to understand the consumer preferences and the readiness to take up new technologies. Some interesting facts that were revealed are; 70% of them had no way of validating their utility bills, and most of them relied on their landlords to determine their water bills, while over 90% of them actually wanted a solution that could enable them to monitor and manage their water consumption.
